Patrick Jennetten takes pride in personally handling cases for his clients. He led one of the most important workers’ compensation cases involving repetitive trauma, arguing and prevailing in front of the Illinois Supreme Court in Durand v. Industrial Commission. This case redefines the maximum time allowed to make a repetitive trauma claim, as well as the way employers administrate compensation in Illinois.
A graduate of the University of Illinois and the Southern Illinois University School of Law, Jennetten has been practicing since 2001. In 2008 and 2009, Super Lawyers named him an Illinois Rising Star. In 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017 Jennetten was named a Leading Lawyer in workers’ compensation.
